Easy Vanilla Cheesecake!

Ingredients

2 pkt cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar

3 eggs

1/2tsp salt

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients together till it is all creamy

2. Bake for 20-22min at about 170 degrees celcius.

** OPTIONAL

You can choose to spread this sour cream sauce once your cheesecake is baked or any toppings you like!!

Easy Sweet Potato Donut Recipe!

Ingredients
1. About 2 -3 sweet potatoes
2. 1/2 -3/4 cup plain flour
3. 1/2 cup sugar
4. 2 tbsp water
5. Oil for frying

Method
1. Peel sweet potato skin and boil till soft
2. Mash the sweet potato and add in the flour.
3. Mix everything together till everyting is well mix.
4. Shape into any shape you want!
5. Deep fry the sweet potato.
6. Leave to cool.
7. Heat the sugar and water till boil.
8. Add in the fried sweet potato and stir till the sugar turns dry.
9. Done and ready to eat!

Easy Chewy Brownie Recipe

Ingredients

1. 125g butter

2. 3/4cup chocolate chips + 1/2 cup chocolate chips

3.1 cup flour

4. 1 cup caster sugar

5. 2 eggs

6. 1/4 tsp salt

7. 1/4 tsp sugar

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x11 inch baking dish or place grease paper over baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and 3/4 cup chocolate chip in the microwave oven for about 30 secs or till it melts.
3. Beat the eggs and sugar till it is well incorporated.
4. Mix in 1/2 cup of chocolate chip to the 1 cup of flour so that it'll get evenly distributed in the brownie.
5. Put the rest of the ingredients and mix it all together.
6. Add the melted butt
7.Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
8. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the top is dry and the edges begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.
9. Cool before cutting into squares

** Serve with ice-cream OR dust with powdered sugar on top of brownie OR spread with chocolate fudge OR anyway you want it to be!
